I was opening beers for people the other night when an interesting topic surfaced, that of dating boundaries. Supposedly some Einsteinian/Kinsey smart-ass developed a mathematical formula to use to determine the youngest age appropriate for your age with the prospect of dating in mind. This seems to work great the older you are and the youngest age you can start at to use the formula would be 25, (unless you live in Arkansas or Tennessee). Keep in mind now, this formula does not tell you the age to date. You do not have to date a 32 year old if you are 50 years old!
Here it is:
Take your age and divide by 2, then add 7. The number left represents in age the youngest you should think of to date.
Example: 50 by 2 = 25, + 7 = 32. 32 representing the youngest age of a woman I should consider dating. A 32 year old would have been born in 1973....I don't know about that, I mean, what would we talk about? Her earliest memory would be from maybe 1979-'80....sheesh, still too young to remember the evils of disco.
